Effective July 1, 2009 through to September 30, 2009 the licensing and registration fee for each class of authorization will be reduced to $100. The REIX premium, if applicable, will also be reduced to $100. This fee reduction applies to new applicants and those applicants who have not been registered in the current licensing year. The Assurance Fund levy does not change. Application fee amounts applicable to licence renewals in September are subject to approval by the Real Estate Council of Alberta and will be announced in early August.
