Schedule 1 - Real Estate Council of Alberta Forms and Agency Relationships Guide

A. The content of the following forms and guide referred to in section 60.1 of the Rules has been approved by Council and is mandatory for industry members when industry members trade in residential real estate:

1. Agency Relationships Guide
2. Exclusive Seller Brokerage Agreement
3. Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement
4. Transaction Brokerage Agreement (Exclusive Brokerage)
5. Exclusive Seller Designated Brokerage Agreement
6. Exclusive Buyer Designated Brokerage Agreement
7. Transaction Brokerage Agreement (Exclusive Designated Brokerage)
8. Customer Status Acknowledgement for Buyer(s)
9. Customer Status Acknowledgement for Seller(s)
10. Customer Status Acknowledgement and Fee Agreement for Seller(s)

B. Notwithstanding the above requirement, the members of the REALTORS® Association of Lloydminster and District may use the content of the forms and guide as modified and approved from time to time by the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

The content of the following forms and guide referred to in section 60.1 of the Rules has been approved by Council and may be used by members of the REALTORS® Association of Lloydminster and Distribut when such industry members trade in residential real estate:

1. REALTORS® Association of Lloydminster and District - Agency Relationships Guide
2. REALTORS® Association of Lloydminster and District - Exclusive Seller Brokerage Agreement
3. REALTORS® Association of Lloydminster and District - Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement
4. REALTORS® Association of Lloydminster and District - Brokerage to Represent Buyer & Seller Agreement
