Resolution 96019 of the Real Estate Council of Alberta
WHEREAS by subsections 11(k) to (n) of the Real Estate Act, S.A. 1995, c. R-4.5 (the "Act"), the Real Estate Council of Alberta (the "Council") may make bylaws with respect to a system of administrative penalties;
AND WHEREAS by subsection 11(i) of the Act, Council may make bylaws with respect to the practice and procedure before a Hearing Panel and an Appeal Panel;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

The Council hereby repeals section 1 of the Bylaws and substitutes section 1 of the Bylaws attached hereto as Appendix "A." |
2. |

The Council hereby repeals section 32 of the Bylaws. |
3. |
|
The Council hereby makes the Bylaws attached hereto as Appendix "B." |
