Blake Charles Jolin - Real Estate Associate Licence Suspended

Calgary, Alberta – On July15, 2010, pursuant to section 38 of the Real Estate Act Rules, the executive director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta suspended the licence of Blake Charles Jolin real estate associate registered with Alpine Realty 2003 INC o/a Remax Alpine Realty. The licence suspension resulted from Mr. Jolin's failure to comply with a condition attached to his licence.

As a result of this suspension, Blake Charles Jolin may not trade in real estate in Alberta at this time.

The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is an independent, non-government agency, responsible for regulating real estate, mortgage broker, and real estate appraisal industry professionals under Alberta’s Real Estate Act. RECA is mandated to protect consumers and to provide services that enhance and improve the industry and the business of industry members.
