Calgary, Alberta – On June 23, 2010, pursuant to section 38 of the Real Estate Act Rules, the executive director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta suspended the licence of Danielle Christian Morrisseau, real estate associate registered with Twin Oakes Real Estate 1993 Inc. o/a Re/Max House of Real Estate. Ms. Morrisseau failed to comply with a term, condition or restriction previously applied to her licence by the Executive Director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
As a result of this suspension, Danielle Christian Morrisseau may not trade in real estate in Alberta at this time.
The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is an independent, non-government agency, responsible for regulating real estate, mortgage broker, and real estate appraisal industry professionals under Alberta’s Real Estate Act. RECA is mandated to protect consumers and to provide services that enhance and improve the industry and the business of industry members.
