Calgary, Alberta – On March 1, 2010, pursuant to section 38 of the Real Estate Act Rules, the executive director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta suspended the licence of Kaleigh Samantha Young, real estate associate registered with Hartigan Real Estate Ltd. o/a Coldwell Banker Fort McMurray in Fort McMurray, Alberta. As a result of this suspension, Kaleigh Samantha Young may not trade in real estate in Alberta at this time.
The licence of Hartigan Real Estate Ltd. o/a Coldwell Banker Fort McMurray is not affected by this suspension.
The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is an independent, non-government agency, responsible for regulating real estate, mortgage broker, and real estate appraisal industry professionals under Alberta’s Real Estate Act.
