Michael Glynn MacDonald - Real Estate Associate Licence Suspended
Calgary, Alberta – On March 1, 2010, pursuant to section 38 of the Real Estate Act Rules, the executive director of the Real Estate Council of Alberta suspended the licence of Michael Glynn MacDonald, real estate associate registered with Main Street Ventures Inc. o/a Re/Max Main Street Realty in Brooks, Alberta. As a result of this suspension, Michael Glynn MacDonald may not trade in real estate in Alberta at this time.
The licence of Main Street Ventures Inc. o/a Re/Max Main Street Realty is not affected by this suspension.
The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is an independent, non-government agency, responsible for regulating real estate, mortgage broker, and real estate appraisal industry professionals under Alberta’s Real Estate Act. RECA is mandated to protect consumers and to provide services that enhance and improve the industry and the business of industry members.
