Complaints & Discipline > Disciplinary Action > Hearing and Appeal Panel Policy and Procedures Guideline
The Hearing and Appeal Practices and Procedures Guidelines serve as the guidelines to RECA’s disciplinary process. One of the main purposes of the guidelines is to ensure that panels act within their legislative authority. Most importantly, the guidelines have been designed to ensure the principles of natural justice and fairness are explained and reinforced. The guideline information provides all those involved in the disciplinary process with an overview of RECA’s disciplinary processes and the general principles that apply.
