The Hearing and Appeal Practices and Procedures Guidelines serve as the guidelines to RECA’s disciplinary process. One of the main purposes of the guidelines is to ensure that panels act within their legislative authority. Most importantly, the guidelines have been designed to ensure the principles of natural justice and fairness are explained and reinforced.
