Should an industry member not be satisfied with the Hearing Panel’s decision and wish to appeal, he or she must file a written Notice of Appeal in accordance with the Real Estate Act and the Hearing and AppealPractice and Procedures Guidelines. The appeal must be filed within 30 days of the date of service (notification) of the Hearing Panel’s complete decision on the industry member.
